Day 01

Itinerary

Broome - Tunnel Creek - Windjana Creek - Mount Hart Wilderness Lodge

Embark on a charter flight from Broome, treating yourself to sweeping views of Chinatown and the picturesque Roebuck Bay, followed by a mesmerising flight over the expansive mangroves and wetlands of Roebuck Plains.

Touch down at the breathtaking Windjana Gorge (Bandilngan) National Park, where you'll land at the scenic Windjana airstrip. Our awaiting tour vehicle will transport you to Tunnel Creek (Dimalurru) where you will delve deep into the depths of this intricate cave system with our knowledgable guide. Following the exploration, enjoy a refreshing dip in a majestic swimming hole at the end of the tunnel and a gourmet picnic lunch against the stunning backdrop.

Return to Windjana Gorge to immerse yourself in the captivating flora and fauna of the Kimberley as your explore towering gorges and pristine riverbeds.

In the afternoon, journey along the legendary Gibb River Road until you reach the oasis of Mount Hart. Here, you'll savour a delicious three-course dinner and enjoy a welcoming cocktail before retiring to your own luxurious powered tent, complete with a cosy queen-sized bed.

Day 02

Mount Hart Wilderness Lodge - Bell Gorge - Horizontal Falls - Broome

Awaken to a hearty breakfast at Pippa’s Corner, while you learn about the pioneers of Mount Hart, before embarking on an extraordinary scenic flight to Bell Gorge (Dalmanyi).

Heading south, you'll soar over Hayman Falls and experience the beauty of Isdell Valley, following Bell Creek to the renowned cascading waterfalls of Bell Gorge. Traverse the mountainous terrain of the Isdell Ranges and the Gibb River Road, offering an aerial perspective of one of the most stunning waterfalls, Lennard Gorge.

Return to Mount Hart to enjoy a delicious lunch and refreshing drink at Pippa’s Corner. Jump aboard the safari tour vehicle and head to Matthew Gorge for a light hike to the cascading natural spa for a refreshing swim, followed by a land safari tour and a cold beverage.

Bid farewell to Mount Hart and embark on a captivating 4pm charter flight. Fly over the famous Horizontal Falls, while you witness astonishing rapid tidal movements unique to this region. Return to Broome by 5:30pm in time for a famous Cable Beach sunset.
